does society help create a irresponsible sexuality in its members

I don't think that society helps to create irresponsible sexuality in it's members. I think that the lack of guidance and lack of morals in society's house holds lead to this irresponsibility. Most of the time, we are simply based on what we have been exposed to at home. We must remember that irresponsible adults were once irresponsible children, quite possibly being raised by irresponsible parents. Irresponsibility is some times a never ending vicious cycle. There have been several campaigns geared towards safe sex, no sex, AIDS and HIV awareness etc. If anything, I would say that society is helping to create knowledge about sexuality and is attempting to prevent some of the carelessness it involves.
