stress relieving methods

In this competitive world people are very busy with their works. Because of the work more stress is having on their minds. ANd Stress is a part of life that every one deals with one time or another. For relieving the stress different people follows different views based on their stress level. Some of the stress relieving techniQues are : Doing Gardening,Meditation,Spending some time with friends,Watching the funny movies etc.In my point of view Meditation is a very good technique for relieving stress. When we are doing the meditation we are sitting properly in a comfortable position and close the eyes and then concentrate more on breathing. Because of the concentration on the breath we are forgetting all the things.Because of the meditation we got more concentration also.
